Meet Elizabeth
In February 2020, I took LSD and experienced a profound sense of wholeness. I understood that much of the anxiety and depression I had called “mine” came from resisting life as it was. A month later, the pandemic collapsed life as I knew it, and I fell down the rabbit hole of Jungian shadow work, Ram Dass, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, and Transcendental Meditation.
When COVID precautions lessened, I joined a choir and started attending ecstatic dance. Community and spiritual practice took root.
Over the following years, I sat in medicine circles, addressed childhood trauma, apprenticed with ceremonial facilitators, and gradually realized I was finished looking backward and ready to answer what life was asking of me now. I prayed for the courage to leave corporate marketing and find the work that was truly mine. That prayer led me to divinity school, life coaching, and psychedelic ministry.
I believe my work is to radiate love, accompany others through transformation, and remember, every day, that we are all walking each other home.
